The debate will be chaired by James Morgan QC and James Puzy from St Philips Chambers and the topic of “Whose responsibility is it to investigate fraud” will be discussed by the following panel of experts:

The MFF is also happy to take questions from attendees in advance if there is a particular question or point that you would like the panelist speakers to discuss.
