The debate will take the form of a panel of experts made up of a Partner at International Law firm, Eversheds LLP, an investigator from the West Midlands Regional Organised Crime Unit and a barrister who regularly prosecutes and defends Fraud Act cases. Our panel will examine:

  • 1.    How things have changed since the Fraud Act was introduced
  • 2.    The popularity of the Fraud Act with investigators and prosecutors since its implementation
  • 3.    What the Fraud Act fails to achieve
  • 4.    What the future holds

Audience participation is, as always, most welcome!

We will also be offering some places to local universities for any students or junior members of your organisations who may want to become involved in the MFF in due course!
